Payment, Fees and Insurance:
*Payments and Co-pays are due at the time of each session.
Fees: $195.00 per individual session, $215.00 per couple's session. $215.00 per first session.
Insurance: I have a billing manager that will submit all of your session claims to your insurance company so that you will not have to submit yourself.
I am currently out of network with insurance companies.
Aside from Medicare, I bill all other insurance companies as out of network,
utilizing any out of network benefits your plan offers. Please check with your insurance company to determine your out of network benefits. My billing rep can look into that for you as well.

I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards including Healthcare Spending Accounts (HSA).
